Head Trainer
Mason Novik

BKin, CSCS, CPT, CATT

Mason grew up in Regina, where he was lucky to play several different sports, each event holding special value as his whole family would get together. After a decorated high school career as a member of Team Saskatchewan and Team Canada in football, Mason became a multi-sport post-secondary athlete with the Regina Rams as well as the Regina Cougars Track and Field team, where he ran the 9th fastest 60m dash in program history. To this day, he continues to compete in the 60m and 100m dash because it keeps him in shape.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology specializing in Human Kinetics. His credentials include CSCS (National Strength and Conditioning Association), CSEP-CPT, and CATT (Concussion Awareness Training Tool).

Mason's philosophy is centred around the human body as a unit. This holistic approach connects lifestyle and physical aspects, with the mind, in order to foster strength, confidence and ultimately freedom through exercise. His process incorporates science-based practices and personal experience to provide a specialized service for each individual. By addressing nutrition, lifestyle and movement, Mason believes that everyone can achieve their true potential. His goal is to instill long-term confidence so that everyone he works with builds the self-esteem to tackle the challenges of day-to-day life.
